A broad range of outsourced hosting and managed services with a strong focus on colocation and hybrid IT.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Two things: a love for technology and a desire to help people. Service in the tech industry can be quite poor and trying to make the service experience more pleasurable was definitely appealing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
For colocation, location is obviously critical. NetSource's datacenter is located right outside of Chicago in Naperville, perfect for IT professionals who want to avoid a long downtown commute. Additionally, our location is prime for a remote site for disaster recovery. We fully own and operate our SSAE16 & SAS70 Type 2 Naperville, IL datacenter providing us complete control over the quality of the hosting services we provide. Additionally, our very strong customer service ethic separates us from other providers. We have an extremely loyal client base who we view more as partners than merely customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main datacenter is located in Naperville, IL. We also have a second location in Chicago.

We are about 1/2 mile from the intersection of I-88 and route 59. Get on route 59 going north from I-88 and take the first right turn onto Ferry road. Go less than 1/2 mile to Corporate Lane and turn left.

Which areas do you service?
We mainly service the northern, southern, and western suburbs of Chicago. We also support Chicago customers for convenience and disaster recovery. And, we have customers all over the world.

We operate 24x7x365. Our office hours are 9AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. The data center is accessible 24x7.
