No one is thrilled when something goes wrong with your garage door, however Perez made the whole experience as smooth as possible. They were able to get a tech out same day and he was awesome! He looked over everything and diagnosed the problem quickly. He laid out all my options and I felt zero pressure of upselling. He just wanted what worked best for me and our budget. Would highly recommend.
