How long have you been in business?
We opened our Naperville location in 2011 but, we have another location in Bolingbrook and that one has been in business since January of 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide complete auto repair. We do everything from major repairs to simple maintenance. There's no job too big or too small!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owner has been in the auto repair business since he was a teenager. Working on cars was 2nd nature to him and he made it his career. Now married with four sons, it's what our entire family does. We are family owned and operated. Our technicians are ASE certified.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because we are family owned and operated, we pride ourselves in first class service. We not only service the vehicles in our shop but, we provide our customers with service that keep them coming back. We know most of the time our customers are coming in, it's becuase their car is not functioning properly and it can be a stressful time for families. We go out of our way to accomodate our customers in any way possible to make this as stress-free as can be.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations, one in Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook Auto Care) and one in Naperville (Naperville Auto Care). As of right now, we are happy with the two locations we have.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located near the intersection of Route 59 & 111th Street. We are just west of Route 59 and the shop is located in an industrial strip on the south side of 111th in unit E.
What type of payments do you accept?
We take cash, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer financing through GE.
Which areas do you service?
Naperville, Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Romeoville, Crest Hill, Joliet, Lockport, Woodridge, Shorewood, Aurora
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is owned by Bill & Melissa and Dan & Mona. Typically Melissa is in the office, sometimes Mona is there with her. Bill is also at the shop every day, Dan is with us in the afternoons & weekends. We have Michael working in our shop along with Randy. Bill & Randy are ASE certified and Michael is our shop assistant.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8 am until 5:30 pm. We are open some Saturdays, call for availability.
