What is your primary product or service?
Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning. Urine eradication and red stain specialists.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was not happy with the service from other carpet cleaning firms. I new i could do better and here iam 18 years later.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I will not tut my horn, but look at my web site, google, angies list, dex knows and yahoo to see our 100 plus reviews and ratings.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Once im done im done!
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or check only.
Which areas do you service?
Will, Dupage, Kendal, Kane, and South portion of Cook county.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Dennis Davis / chief cook and bottle washer!
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday by appointment only. 24/7 flood water service. Commercial cleaning any hour, day or night.
