I have been in business since 1992
What is your primary product or service?
We are your complete plumbing service whether you need major plumbing remodeling, power rodding to repairing a dripping faucet we can take care of all of your plumbing needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in Dublin, Ireland where I served my apprenticeship in plumbing and gas installations. I worked for several large construction companies in Dublin, England and Australia. I moved to Chicago in 1988 and joined the Plumbers Union Local 130 in Chicago. I worked for various plumbing contractors before setting up my own company in the early 1990's. Since then my company has grown from rodding your kitchen sink to installing the plumbing in large condominium complexes in Chicago.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
What makes our company unique is that we are thoroughly professional, experienced, honest and reliable. We stand behind and guarantee all our work. We would never try to pressure our customers to expand the scope of their project, our plumbers take great care to make sure that the work they are asked to do will actually fix the problem. We also alert our customers to potential problems, which will help them to better budget their money, and prevent costly emergencies .
