Since 2002 with management and experience since 1990
What is your primary product or service?
Video Security Systems, security cameras, access control and accessories.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started in this business as an installer working on Ohare airports new United Terminal and other laarge retailers, banks and warehouses. Government trained on surveillance systems and security systems. Spent many years designing and manufacturing new products for the industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not look at selling an off the shelf solution to every customer. Each location has a different requirement that we go through with the customer. Factors such as distance, lighting, detailing, purpose, days of storage, remote access, 2 way audio, access control and video playback are all important in choosing the right security camera and DVR for the job. We probably ask more questions of the customer than they do of us. Since we manufacturer 90% of our product line we can offer better quality products than what is offered in Retail stores for the same price or less.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently headquartered is Las Vegas, NV with offices in Illinois, Missouri, Florida and coming soon to Milwaukee.
