I have been in the plumbing business since I could legally work 1989.
What is your primary product or service?
Plumbing and sewer repair. Anything for the home or business.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a third generation plumber. I always admired my heroes, my father and grandfather. I knew at young age that I was destined to continue Jim Sr. and Jim Jr. tradition to offer quality service that people can trust.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We perform a complete diagnostic of the cause and affects. It's really important to identify the cause instead of just fixing the affects. We use a flat rate price book. The price book never knows what city it is in or how much money you make. This aid allows us to employ plumbers not sales people. We select the products and stock our trucks with quality parts. The plumbers are familiar with the parts that we stock on the truck and know where to instal what part in the correct application. This is the key to our great reviews and referrals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our plumbers service the areas that they live in.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our customer service, dispatch and supply house are at one location.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, and all major credit cards.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our customer service manager would over see the info received by phone or email. The plumber assigned to the project would see the job through from diagnostics, to completion.
What are your hours of operation?
Our service center hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. We have 24 hour live customer services representatives available for emergency service.
