Private Aircraft Charter Service
The convenience of Prairie Charter is prevalent from the time you call to get a quote. A customer service representative will take down all the details of the trip and put together a complete quote for you within a day and often within minutes that is often comparable to First Class on the airlines. The customer service representative will work with you to get you closest to your destination, generally within half hour driving time. There are more than 5000 airports in the United States that are available to us and allow us this convenience. Once all the details are confirmed the airplane is reserved and available to you. The crew and aircraft will greet you as you arrive at the airport. You will not have to worry about the long security lines and there is never any baggage check. The crew will help you unload your luggage from the car and load it directly on the plane, eliminating any lost luggage. Once everyone is ready the airplane will depart for your destination and once on board you can sit back, relax and enjoy the trip.
We know that just because you are on an airplane that doesn’t mean that your business stops operating. So for those last minute business preparations before the big presentation, you can continue to work in privacy on board the aircraft without worrying about other people hearing your conversations. We also have electrical outlets available to charge a cell phone or power up your laptop. After the crew has landed the aircraft safely at your destination, your transportation often times will meet you at the plane and the crew will offload the luggage and you are on your way. Depending on the schedule the crew will remain at the destination and will be ready to return you back home or take you to your next destination when you need us to. If your business meeting runs late, the crew will be there waiting for you. There is no detail overlooked and Prairie Charter strives to provide you with the best private charter service possible. We focus the trip on you helping you to have your “own private plane” without the hassles and costs associated with ownership, but with the safety, convenience, reliability, and flexibility that private aircraft ownership permits.
