What is your primary product or service?
Organization assessment and recommendations to improve customer delight, employee engagement, process improvement and leadership growth. Also help implement recommendations to achieve organziational excellence.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
With my background in quality manangement at AT&T Bell Laboratories I was an Internal Consultant. This gave me an opportunity to start my own business and serve a variety of clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our focus is simple - engage employees who improve processes which delight customers. If done right, your operation will be outstanding and financial performance will be great.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a single location in Naperville with clients around the globe.
