What is your primary product or service?
At DLN Floral Creations we specialize in Weddings, Special Events, Funerals and Everyday Floral Designs. We also offer Blooming Plants, Green Plants, Fruit and Gourmet Baskets. Customized designs for every order.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
DLN Floral Creations owner Darlene Nelson has been in the floral industry for 42 years and learning more everyday. She is a lifelong resident in Naperville and also loves to travel to learn new experiences. She has degrees in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Floral Management, Greenhouse Management. Darlene has always loved the outdoors, plants and golf. One of her favorite lines is " I have the best job, I make people HAPPY by giving them some flowers. What could be better"
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We Sell Emotions! We listen to our clients and we want our clients to feel like they are apart of our Floral Family. Being aware of our clients needs are our #1 priority. We love being apart of our clients lives and creating lasting moments for people. To us it's all about lasting relationships and doing the best we can to make or clients happy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we have a Consultation Studio and a private Design Studio. In the future we plan on having a larger Studio to accommodate all our needs.

We are located just South Of Ogden Avenue in Naperville on Iroquois Avenue. Our two story building is West of The ReMax building.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Which areas do you service?
Our main service areas are Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Lisle, North Aurora, Plainfield, Warrenville, Wheaton, Winfield. We also will travel further depending on the circumstances. For Special Events and Weddings we will deliver in the Chicagoland Area and out of state with appropriate delivery fees.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Darlene Nelson is our owner and main Flower Pusher. Buzz Nelson her husband is the handsome delivery dude and event structure builder. (We couldn't so what we do without him)
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday are by APPOINTMENT ONLY - due to wedding deliveries we are not in the store on Saturday and Sunday unless you have an appointment. We will do (contactless) deliveries on Saturday and Sunday if your order is placed with us by Friday. We also do Evening and Weekend Consultations
